Catch Some Zzz's-Nighttime Blend (organic)
Our Catch Some Z'zzs blend is handcrafted with organic herbs to help you fall asleep on those nights you can't seem to put your mind at ease. This aromatic blend will have you waking up to the sound of your alarm wondering when in the heck you fell asleep.
Please consult with your physician if you take blood pressure or other medications before consuming this blend as it may interact with them or make their effects stronger.
Ingredients
Catnip (Nepeta cataria), German Chamomile (M. recutita), Peppermint (Mentha × piperita) and Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
Directions
Boil 8-10 oz of water and transfer to cup/mug of choice. Allow tea to steep for at least 10-15 minutes before consuming.

Charged with Crystals
Our Catch Some Zzz's blend is charged with Amythest and Lepidolite crystals which are used for combating insomnia as well as calming the mind. Charging the herbs with crystals before and after they are bagged allows us to ensure a handcrafted blend that's good for the mind, body and soul.
